The Polish national flag with Celtic Cross,
used by skins and nationalists

Another flag used by skinheads and football hooligans (groups which overlap
much) is red, with large "armed arm" in white. It is shown in a photo on the
cover page of issue #3 of "Stadion", a Polish magazine dedicated to
promoting anti-racism among sports fans. The said issue can be found online (in
PDF format) at
http://www.nigdywiecej.org/pdf/pl/stadion/stadion_3.pdf.

This is the flag of the National Rebirth of Poland (pol.Narodowe
Odrodzenie Polski), with the "armed arm".
Rafal Lodzinski, 22 May 2001
Here are 2 flags of the Narodowe Odrodzenie Polski ["National
Rebirth of Poland"] which are reconstructed from pictures
of a reunion for its 25th anniversary.
The first flag is its "armed arm" logo in white on a green background.
I find the use of the colour green interesting since it has not national
significance (as far as I know) but might have taken its inspiration from
the Romanian New Right to which they are allied through the "National European
Front", a loose confederation of neo-nazis.
Marc Pasquin, 29 March 2007
This is the main flag of the movement, with photos being available since the beginning of their online presence, at their website and elsewhere. The shade of green is usually similar to that used by the New Right of Romania, but other shades can be seen sometimes as well. The size and shape of the emblem also vary somewhat, as well as the flag ratio.

The flag
with white "armed arm" on black field was also much used during the 2000's. It
was used alone [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8], but also together with the flag with
green field [8, 9, 10]. It seems to have been much less used during the 2010s,
still there are several examples of its use, again either alone [12, 13] or with
the green flag [14]. The size and shape of the emblem may vary, and so does the
flag ratio.

The second is black with the letter NOP in white the "O" being a tilted
square containing their logo in black.

The event, which was actually the Congress of the movement, took place in
Warsaw on 2006-11-25:

The photos reveal that
the white diamond, on which the black "armed arm" is placed, is actually
separated from letters N and P by a black fimbriation. More recent photos and
videos showing the use of this flag were made in Szczecin on 2013-03-12, at the
"March for a Healthy Family", an anti-LGBT and anti-feminist demonstration:
